A crunchy, bright and flavorful salad full of the taste of summer

Combine the green beans, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper and zucchini in a bowl. Separately, make a vinaigrette with the olive oil, balsamic and garlic. Pour dressing over vegetables and let marinate about an hour or more at room temperature. Taste for salt and pepper and add as needed. Before serving, top with President Feta and torn basil leaves to taste. Serves about 10, 1/2-cup servings.
