"From My Garden" Salad

All fresh vegetables from my garden with an incredible cheese

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 oz Président® Feta
• 1/2 cup italian dressing
• 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
• 2 cups tomato, diced
• 2 cups cucumber, diced

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all ingredients. Stir well to coat. May use more dressing and cilantro to taste.
