Sweet Sweet Summer Salad with candied nuts and Président® Feta Cheese

A wonderful summer treat!

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 oz Président® Feta
• 2 oz candied walnuts, almonds and pecans
• 4 oz assorted nuts, pecans, walnuts and almonds
• 4 oz dried sweet cherries, blueberries, raisins and cranberries
• 10 oz mixed spring salad greens
• 4 Tbsp Raspberry Vinaigrette

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add Président® Feta Cheese - Tomato Basil Crumbled to mixed spring greens . Toss with dried fruit, nuts and candied nuts. Mix well and add Raspberry Vinaigrette to taste.
